Our Strength classes focus on building full-body strength through fundamental compound movements such as squats, presses, pulls and deadlifts. Sessions are structured to progressively develop strength, stability and movement quality, finishing with short functional workouts to apply that strength under fatigue. Led by our highly experienced coaching team, every session is carefully structured and adaptable so members of all abilities — from complete beginners to experienced lifters — can train safely, confidently and effectively.
As an official Hyrox training club, Motion Gym offers dedicated Hyrox classes designed to prepare you for race day. These sessions replicate the demands of the Hyrox format — combining functional strength movements with running and endurance work to build the specific fitness you need to compete. Whether you're targeting your first race or chasing a new PB, our coaches will guide you through structured, progressive training that gets you to the start line ready.
Perform is designed for those looking to take their training to the next level. These sessions build on the foundations of strength while introducing more technical elements such as Olympic weightlifting and advanced movement skills. With guidance from our expert coaches, members focus on refining technique, developing power and progressing their training in a more performance-focused environment.
Hybrid blends strength and cardio into one high intensity class, using varied work and rest intervals to push your aerobic and anaerobic limits — building real fitness and promoting fat loss at the same time. A mix of equipment and bodyweight movements keeps every session different. Everything is fully scalable, and the intensity is always relative to you — so whether you're walking through the door for the first time or chasing a new personal best, Hybrid has a place for you.
Send is where you finish the week strong. These sessions are slightly shorter, faster-paced, and designed to push your intensity in a fun, supportive environment. With partner and team-based workouts, expect a mix of intervals, challenges, and competitive elements that will leave you feeling accomplished, energised, and ready for the week ahead.
